1. If I spend RM60 using Credit Card-i, how many TruPoints will I earn?

The Cardholder will get 1 TruPoints, for every RM1 spent with Credit Card-i. For RM60 spending, Cardholder will get 60 TruPoints.

2. If I close my Bank Islam Card-i will the TruPoints still be available?

No. The Cardholder needs to redeem theTruPoints before you close the account.

3. Will there be any expiry period on the TruPoints?

Yes. Your TruPoints will be expired after 36 months if there is no redemption made by the Cardholder.

4. How do I register?

Step 1- Click the ‘lock’ icon and select ‘first time login’ from the drop down.

Step 2- Download, read and understand the T&C of TruRewards Loyalty Programme. Click the acknowledgement box and click ‘continue’.

Step 3- Create username & password (your password must be at least eight (8) characters or more; must contain at least one (1) uppercase, one (1) lowercase and one (1) numeric and click ‘continue’.

Step 4- Complete the details required and the security questions. Click ‘continue’.

Step 5- One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered e-mail with Bank Islam. Enter the OTP and activate your account.

5. How do I redeem TruPoints (full TruPoints)?

Step 1- Login to https://trurewards.bankislam.com.my. Key in your registered username and password. Click ‘sign in’ to proceed.

Step 2- Check your current TruPoints balance. Click ‘product categories’ to browse redemption items by category.

Step 3- Choose item by clicking ‘view details’ for more information about the product.

Step 4- Choose ‘normal’ and if you wish to redeem the item, click ‘add to cart’.

Step 5- Click ‘cart’ icon at the top of the webpage and click ‘redeem’ to continue.

Step 6- Confirm the quantity of your redemption item. Click ‘continue’ to proceed.

Step 7- Click ‘use billing’ to use your billing address for shipping or add new shipping address. Confirm all information and click ‘continue’.

Step 8- To proceed with full TruPoints, click ‘confirm’.

Step 9- Tick all boxes and click ‘confirm’ to proceed.

Step 10- To check order status go to ‘my orders’.

6. How do I redeem TruHotDeals (TruPoints+cash)?

Step 1- Login to https://trurewards.bankislam.com.my. Key in your registered username and password. Click ‘sign in’ to proceed.

Step 2- Check your current TruPoints balance. Click ‘product categories’ to browse redemption items by category.

Step 3- Choose item by clicking ‘view details’ for more information about the product.

Step 4- Choose ‘TruHotDeals’ and if you wish to redeem the item, click ‘add to cart’.

Step 5- Click ‘cart’ icon at the top of the webpage and click ‘redeem’ to continue.

Step 6- Confirm the quantity of your redemption item. Click ‘continue’ to proceed.

Step 7- Click ‘use billing’ to use your billing address for shipping or add new shipping address. Confirm all information and click ‘continue’.

Step 8- To proceed with TruHotDeals, click ‘confirm’.

Step 9- Tick all boxes and click ‘confirm’ to proceed.

Step 10- Kindly click preferred payment method either Visa or Mastercard at the payment gateway.

Step 11- Key in your card number, expiry date and security code. Then click ‘pay’. Wait for the process to be successful, do not close the window or leave the page.

Step 12- To check order status go to ‘my orders’.

7. Can my supplementary cardholder perform instant/TruPoints redemption on my behalf?

No. Redemption can only be made by the Principal Cardholder. However, that Supplementary Cardholder is qualified to receive TruPoints.

8. How do I check my TruPoints?

Step 1- Click 'lock' icon and key in your registered username and password. Click 'sign in' to proceed.

Step 2- Your TruPoints at the Account Summary as displayed under 'Total Point Balance'.

9. Can I redeem my TruPoints if I don't have email?

Yes, Cardholder can redeem the TruPoints via any of following options:

i. Call Bank Islam Contact Centre & Customer Care 03-26 900 900

ii. Call Bank Islam Card Centre Customer Service 03-2726 7666

iii. Complete and send the TruRewards Redemption Form (TRF) to Bank Islam via facsimile, mail as stipulated in the TruRewards Redemption Form (TRF) or submit to the nearest branch.
